RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

IKTWI Return Policy

We understand that ordering online is not always an easy task. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We are happy to accept your returns as an exchange or for a store credit to be used towards a future purchase.

There are no refunds unless the order meets the requirements below.
Exchanges and store Credit only

• The Only time a refund will be given is if the package has been deemed lost in transit by the shipping company prior to an updated delivery status.

 
• You have 10 days after you receive your item(s) to be eligible for a return.
• Several types of items are exempt from being exchanged. All bodysuits, ANY white colored products, accessories, swimwear, Holiday, flash sale, and sale items are FINAL SALE.

• To complete your return, we require a receipt, packing slip or proof of purchase.

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) unless the item received was not the correct item ordered.

• If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We Can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

• Once your item is received we will inspect and notify you if your item has been approved or denied. Please return it in the way you received with original packaging and tags attached.
